Hi, I'm Christian Templin.

An aspiring AI Engineer.

I am currently studying at Stevens Institute of Technology where I am pursuing a masters degree in Applied Artificial Intelligence. I also obtained my bachelors degree in computer engineering at Stevens. At Stevens, I was a member of the varsity track and field team as well as an active member of the Theta Xi fraternity. Upon graduating, it is my goal to pursue a career in artificial intelligence. Specifically, I am passionate about building and testing deep learning models for all kinds of different applications, as well as building apps that leverage such models.

About Me Chatbot

Used GPT-3.5 Turbo, LangChain and Streamlit to develop a chat bot which responds to common questions about myself. Incorporated Retrieval Augmented Generation to provide the LLM with the necessary data to answer questions.

Accent Classification

Reimplemented a research paper that utilizes a convolutional neural network with an attention block to classify US, UK and AU accents. A labeled dataset of short audio clips from a UT-Dallas podcast was used to train and evaluate the model.
